Colloquium is made by SpaceCode Studios, a South African software studio. It exists because academic conferences are run by academics, in the gaps between teaching and research, on tools built for something else.
Simple for delegates
A delegate registers from any device in a few minutes, and everything they told you — role, paper ID, dietary requirements, document requests — lands in your delegate list without anyone retyping it.
Your delegates' data stays yours
Consent to hear from your conference is not consent to hear from anyone else's. Cross-event marketing is a separate question with a separate answer, and it defaults to no.
One conference at a time
The platform is shaped around academic conferences specifically — calls for papers, postgraduate symposia, presenter rates, attendance certificates — rather than events in general.
